Lifetime Aquamax™ Warranty :

AQUAMAX™ provides a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or accident.

The AQUAMAX™ warranty obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective snorkel or part.

AQUAMAX™ shall not be liable for injury to person or property.

For servicing, return the defective snorkel, along with a brief note of explanation and proof of purchase, and include a $5 check or money order to cover return postage and handling.

The orange cap at the top of the snorkel is positioned to allow maximum airflow and safe usage. Any tampering with the cap, or attempt to readjust or remove it, may make the snorkel ineffective and will void the warranty.
